National assembly just notified Law on Corporate No. 68/2014/QH13. Some contents should be noted as follows:

Enterprises have rights to decide forms, quantities and contents of their seals. Before using, they are liable to notify seal sample to business authority to publicize on national information gate website of business registration.

Business certificates are documents or electronic data granted by business authority.

Company limited and joint stock companies can have one or many of legal representatives but must ensure that at least, one legal representative resides in Viet Nam. Companies’ charters state quantities , management titles and rights, obligations of legal representatives.

Enterprise codes are used to perform tax obligations, administration procedures and other rights, obligations.

Enterprise after being granted business registration certificates must publicize on national information gate website of business registration.
This Law is effective from 01 July 2015
